This is a staggered start exhibition HEAD RACE. Teams will be timed over the course and results posted (after all teams have completed the race) in the Infinite West booth in Town Park. Awards will be given for the fastest times in each category.
Entry fee for the Head Race is $25 per person. After Aug.23, entry fee is $30 per person.
Following the race, enjoy the Grand Lake Brew Fest and Colorado Beers! All racers will receive $10 off Brew Fest event fee. Get Registered!
Boat Rigging/Drop off August 24th – 3:00pm to 9:00 pm at Lake Park: From the entrance to Grand Lake–from HWY 34 and the Grand lake Chamber Welcome Center, continue straight on West Portal Road. This road turns toward the right (toward town), but continue straight on West Portal Road toward the East Inlet Public Boat Launch area. (look for directional signage). At the very first stop sign, turn right onto Garfield Street. Continue toward the bottom of the hill and turn left onto Park Avenue. Go straight on Park Avenue then, turn right onto Hancock Street. Go straight at the stop sign and continue toward the Lake. Parking will be marked for trailers and boat storage.
Registration and Check-in will also be available for all racers on August 25 from 12:00 – 7:00pm at the Grand Lake Chamber office, 14700 U.S. Highway 34, Grand Lake, Colorado. For directions, click here.
